General Manager - Oil & Gas

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (mandatory)

· Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering) preferred

Experience:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector.

· At least 5 years in a senior leadership or managerial role.

· Proven track record in operations, project management, and business development.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong leadership and decision-making skills

· In-depth knowledge of oil & gas operations, equipment, and processes

· Financial acumen and P&L management

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

· Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, ISO)

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
