General Manager – Furniture / Interior / Modular Factory Operations

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the complete operations of our furniture and modular manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage production, quality, supply chain, and workforce to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality output. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of modular furniture/interior manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory operations, production planning, and process efficiency
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety, and timelines
• Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability
• Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and drive profitability
• Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure seamless execution

Key Skills:
Operations management, modular furniture manufacturing, production planning, team leadership, vendor management, quality control, lean manufacturing, ERP knowledge, and project execution.

Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
