General Manager - Renewable (Wind Power)

We are looking for a General Manager of Wind Power Energy Projects for our client. Our client is a leading Energy company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage energy trading activities for the power plants,
• To identify the investment strategies, opportunities and risks for renewable energy market (with priority in Wind projects),
• Maintains open communication with plant managers, production supervisors, and employees regarding safety concerns, achievement of production quality, and production productivity goals,
• Implementing strategy & business development for the company,
• Ensuring contractual compliance between commercial and legal departments of the company,
• Engage in initiatives for solutions/outcomes that will minimize risk to the Company's interests in contract management,
• Creating contract layouts for green solutions, end user & power & gas, origination market products and services,
• Performing regular contact with representatives of relevant political bodies, including Government (especially the ones in the field of Renewable Energy), Parliament, political parties, associations, embassies, interest groups and participating in relevant conferences / meetings of associations / task forces.
• Establish yearly facility goals and objectives, aligned with divisional and global business strategy.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in renewable energy solutions and especially wind power,
• Business Development - Experience in growing business by identifying new opportunities, such as energy management services,
• Client & Stakeholder Relations - Managing relationships with clients, off-takers and stakeholders for energy sales and service agreements,
• Good communication and negotiation skills,
• Analytical thinking,
• Careful and focused,
• Highly skilled in planning and strong in follow up,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once,
• Able to work effectively with deadlines and under time pressure,
• No restriction to travel.
