Job Overview

We are hiring a General Manager (Sales) to lead and scale our commercial sales operations. This role is ideal for a highly driven sales leader with strong experience in real estate lead conversion, team management, and closing high-ticket deals.

You will work closely with Sales Associates, the Digital/Social Media Team, and Senior Management to ensure consistent lead generation, strong pipeline performance, and successful closing of commercial property deals through both modern digital channels and traditional sales methods.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a complete commercial sales strategy for Zee Trafford City.
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and ensure goal achievement.
  • Build, manage, and optimize the sales funnel (lead → visit → negotiation → booking → closing).

Lead Management & Closings

  • Convert inbound leads generated through social media, digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Personally handle serious prospects, investor clients, and corporate buyers to close high-value deals.
  • Ensure strong follow-up systems and lead nurturing processes are followed by the sales team.

Team Management & Training

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Associates to drive productivity and performance.
  • Assign targets, monitor daily activity, and create accountability through reporting and performance reviews.
  • Conduct sales training sessions, scripts, objection-handling coaching, and closing workshops.

Coordination with Marketing / Social Media

  • Work closely with the Social Media & Marketing Team to:
  • Improve lead quality
  • Optimize campaigns based on sales feedback
  • Align messaging with on-ground selling goals
  • Provide market feedback to improve ads, creatives, and lead targeting.

Customer Handling & Relationship Building

  • Build strong relationships with investors, business owners, dealers, and potential corporate tenants.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience, professional dealing, and strong trust-building.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat investments and referrals.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and buyer behavior in commercial real estate.
  • Maintain daily/weekly performance reports (leads, visits, closings, recovery, conversion rates).
  • Forecast sales performance and present strategy updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in commercial real estate sales (development projects preferred).
  • Strong lead conversion and closing track record (high ticket / investment sales).
  • Team management experience (handling sales staff, targets, performance).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales goals.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong discipline and accountability.
  • Familiarity with both:
  • Digital lead pipelines (social media, paid ads, CRM)
  • Traditional sales methods (cold calling, walk-ins, dealer networks, field sales)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with real estate dealers/channel partners.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or any sales tracking system).
  • Strong understanding of commercial property investment basics (ROI, rental yield, capital gains).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Faisalabad: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
