General Manager (Spa, Salon, Wellness, Fitness & Events)
We are seeking a General Manager to steward the experience across Spa, Salon, Wellness, Fitness, Corporate Wellness, and Events. You will lead with both heart and strategy to ensure seamless experiences, thriving departments, and a brand amplified at every touchpoint. You will balance commercial growth with elevated service, curating moments that are effortless, purposeful, and memorable.

Your Impact
- Oversee all operational, commercial, and experiential functions across Spa, Salon, Wellness, Fitness, Corporate Wellness, and Events.
- Integrate offerings so guests move seamlessly from a signature facial to yoga to a curated wellness event.
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver elevated service in line with our brand values: authenticity, intention, and calm confidence.
- Expand corporate wellness and B2B partnerships with creative packages and activations.
- Plan and execute events that amplify our mission: wellness workshops, community classes, and unique experiences.
- Own budgets, P&L, and performance metrics while anticipating trends, mitigating risks, and unlocking new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and partnerships to maintain a cohesive brand narrative.
- Act as an ambassador of our ethos, championing wellness, style, and innovation in every decision.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture
- Hire, mentor, and retain department heads.
- Foster cross-department synergy and a growth-mindset culture.
Operations & Experience
- Manage daily operations across all service areas.
- Ensure luxury standards, smooth flows, and client delight.
Wellness & Fitness Programming
- Curate wellness journeys (yoga, pilates, movement, recovery).
- Stay ahead of industry and lifestyle trends.
Corporate Wellness & Events
- Develop corporate wellness offerings, retreats, and event series.
- Manage logistics, client relationships, and ROI.
Commercial Growth
- Identify and launch new revenue streams including memberships, packages, activations, and retail collaborations.
Brand & Marketing Integration
- Partner with marketing to tell our story, promote experiences, and build community through campaigns.
Set and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and track metrics. Ensure cost controls and drive profitability.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10 years in senior leadership roles across spa, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, or experiential hospitality.
- Proven track record managing multiple verticals such as spa, fitness, and events.
- Experience developing corporate wellness and B2B partnerships.
- Strategic, creative, and commercially minded with vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and growth targets.
- Passion for wellness, holistic health, design, and community.

Working Conditions
- Full-time role, approximately 54 hours per week depending on events and activations.
- Presence required across spa, salon, fitness, and event spaces; this is a high-visibility role.
Travel as needed for partnerships, activations, and corporate sites.
