Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the group’s legal strategy planning: Formulate and promote the implementation of the group’s long - term legal strategy based on the group’s global development strategy, ensuring that legal work fully supports the group’s business development.

Responsible for the group’s overall legal affairs management: Oversee the management of all the group’s global legal affairs, including but not limited to capital operations, review of major contracts, follow - up of major projects, legal risk assessment and response, overall handling of complex disputes and litigation cases, intellectual property and brand protection, compliance review of cross - border business, and management of global and local legal affairs. Ensure the group’s compliant operations and competitive advantages worldwide.

Responsible for the construction and capability improvement of the legal team: Take charge of the design of the group’s legal organizational structure, the development of talent echelons, and the shaping of team culture; enhance the team’s professional capabilities and work efficiency; and build an efficient, collaborative, and highly professional elite legal team.

Undertake other important legal work assigned by superiors.
3、Job Requirements

Hold a Doctor of Laws (S.J.D. / J.S.D.) degree, and possess the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification Certificate or a practicing license in a major international jurisdiction.

Have more than 7 years of senior management experience in the legal departments of large law firms or multinational corporations, with the ability to build group - level legal systems and manage global compliance.

Proficient in the international legal system, cross - border investment and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), arbitration, compliance, and international energy transaction rules; with practical experience in capital operations.

Possess strategic business - legal thinking, and have practical experience in handling cross - border litigation and international legal crisis management.

Have outstanding team management and cross - cultural collaboration capabilities, and be proficient in resource integration.

Be able to use business English as a native - level working language.

Preference will be given to candidates from the core legal management of Fortune 500 companies (e.g., Regional Legal Director / Global Legal Expert Consultant), or legal leaders from the "Big Four" oilfield service companies or leading enterprises in the energy and resources sectors.
