General Practitioner

Job Description:

Location: Australia wide Locations available.

Number of Openings: 10

Annual Salary: AUD $100,000 plus Commission on Bulk billing

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in a clinical setting.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
• Perform routine health examinations and preventative care assessments.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure optimum patient care.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research and best practices through continued education and training.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations and standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a medical practitioner.
• Completed internship and residency in a recognized healthcare facility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications.

Desired Experience:

• At least 2 years of work experience as a General Practitioner or in a similar role.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team setting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Proven track record in patient assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
