General Practitioner

Job Description:

The General Practitioner will be responsible for delivering comprehensive health care services with a focus on patient-centered approaches, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide variety of medical conditions. This role requires extensive experience in clinical evaluation and management of patients across all age groups, particularly those with chronic and complex medical conditions. Job Requirements:

  • A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and current medical licensure within the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 15 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical practice setting.
  • In-depth understanding of primary care principles and practices, with expertise in managing a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
  • Proven ability to apply clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff, fostering professional development within the practice.
  • Navigate complex provider-patient dynamics and work to build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with chronic disease patients, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and monitoring for complications.
