General Technician

• Must have a good knowledge in HVAC (especially Chillers, FAHU, ACMV System, etc.) and MEP systems maintenance and operation
• Can troubleshoot issues related to HVAC and MEP systems and recommend solution when necessary
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, and piping systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or technical issues.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and complete service reports.
• Assist in the installation, setup, or modification of equipment and systems.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, or supervisors as needed.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Install and test mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix breakdowns or faults quickly.
• Check and replace filters, wiring, fittings, and other components when needed.
• Follow safety standards while working on systems.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
• Support other technicians and coordinate with supervisors when required.
