What You’ll Do

  • Partner with managers and team members on day-to-day HR matters
  • Support employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and investigations
  • Guide leaders through performance management and development conversations
  • Provide input on compensation, promotions, and transfers
  • Partner on onboarding, leave administration, and HRIS updates
  • Support culture and retention during acquisitions and transitions
  • Act as backup to the HR Business Partner when needed
  • Travel up to 25% to support field locations

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals: employee relations, performance management, compliance, and onboarding
  • Experience applying HR practices or transferable leadership/industry experience with clear evidence of success
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field a plus
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) a plus
  • Based in Florida (Tampa area a plus) with ability to travel up to 25%
  • Clear, professional communication and the ability to guide and influence leaders
  • Problem-solving mindset and interest in continuous learning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
