The Role: The Content & Optimisation Engine

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Generative AI & SEO Specialist to join our team. This is a critical hybrid role where you will be the single source of authority for all organic content development, strategy, and optimisation. Your primary mission is to ensure Sprouto Group maintains a dominant presence in both traditional search results (SEO) and the evolving landscape of AI-driven answers (Generative Engine Optimisation, or GEO) across the demanding UK markets and beyond.

Key Responsibilities (Systematic Focus)

1. End-to-End Content Authority

• You will own the entire content lifecycle. This includes conducting high-impact keyword research, developing and writing authoritative, high-quality digital content, and performing all on-page optimisation.
• You are the sole owner and executor of all content development and optimisation.
• Ensure all content, metadata, and site architecture align with best practices for human readability and machine-learning interpretation.

2. Generative AI Optimisation (GEO/AEO)

• Develop and implement a cutting-edge Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy.
• Ensure our content is structured for optimal ingestion by Large Language Models (LLMs) and secures top-tier placement in AI Overviews and Answer Engine results.
• Conduct in-depth research into LLM behavior, retrieval patterns, and conversational AI trends to adapt and future-proof the group’s digital strategy.

3. Full-Stack SEO and Market Focus

• Lead and execute comprehensive Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO campaigns across all group properties.
• Focus heavily on performance within the UK markets and strategize for expansion into new global territories.
• Develop and execute effective link-building and Digital PR strategies to increase Domain Authority and brand credibility.

4. Technical Implementation & Reporting

• Proactively identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, site speed, core web vitals).
• Implement and manage advanced Schema Markup to enhance rich results and machine understanding.
• Establish clear, measurable KPIs for organic growth (SEO) and AI visibility (GEO). Provide systematic reporting on impact, translating complex data from tools into strategic, actionable insights for management.

Essential Qualifications and Systematic Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of dedicated professional experience in a hands-on SEO role.
• Generative AI Acumen: Demonstrated practical understanding of LLMs, conversational AI, and a clear, forward-thinking strategy for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO/AEO).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implications for search. Expert-level use of core SEO toolsets (e.g., GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Content Creation: Exceptional English copywriting and editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality, conversion-focused, and authoritative digital content.
• Analytical Mindset: Highly systematic, data-driven, and adept at using performance metrics to inform and pivot strategy.
• Location: Must be based and working full-time in Lahore, Pakistan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
