Generator Technical Support Engineer - Siemens Energy, Dammam KSA

• Provide timely engineering support for technical queries from internal and external customers.
• Serve as the key point of contact for technical issues related to generator operation, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with a global network of specialists to address complex technical challenges.
• Support the preparation and execution of maintenance outages, including scope definition and resource requirements.
• Present and discuss technical solutions in meetings with stakeholders.
• Participate in post-outage reviews to identify improvement opportunities and lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Intermediate knowledge of Siemens Energy Generator technology and/or other manufacturers.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, repair technologies, and materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in KSA, with collaboration and networking skills.
• A customer-first mindset and commitment to promoting a zero-harm culture.
