Generator Technician / Power Plant Operator

We are hiring an experienced Generator Technician / Power Plant Operator to operate and maintain multi-megawatt power plant systems and diesel generators, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-Time (Shift-Based – 24/7 Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain multi-megawatt power plant systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain diesel generators
• Configure and manage DSE controllers
• Conduct AC & DC load bank testing
• Read and interpret electrical drawings
• Coordinate with plant operators and teams
• Prepare reports and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Qualification in Electro-Mechanical Engineering / Trade
• Experience with Cummins / Iveco / Scania generators
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Good English communication skills
• Valid driving license
• This role requires active operation and technical involvement.
