Guardian Litigation Group, a national consumer law firm specializing in Debtor rights, Bankruptcy, and Consumer Protection, is looking to hire an Associate Georgia Attorney to our firm!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a case load of 20-30 cases per month
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with case management and organization
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies

To be considered for Associate Attorney, you should:

• Have successfully completed law school and have a completed Juris Doctorate Degree
• Licensed to practice in Georgia
• Possess phenomenal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills required to efficiently work with clients, other attorneys, case managers, and other support staff
• Debt Settlement, Bankruptcy, FDCPA, and/or other consumer civil litigation experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
