We are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join our Alabaster, AL team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Certify letters of conformance, residential lot letters, and geotechnical reports
• Make site visits as needed
• Completion of online safety training modules as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Minimum requirements:

• Current Professional Engineer License with Alabama registration
• 8-10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or construction materials testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Technical requirements:

• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and LIMS software
• Able to read project drawings and specifications
• Knowledgeable of construction materials such as steel, concrete, aggregates, masonry
• Detail report writing
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders
