More details - www.emoha.com You’ll enjoy this role if you are:      Passionate about our mission of serving the elders Possess a performance mindset and raise the bar of achievement consistently Comfortable with ambiguity and change and understand that failure is directly linked to growth A collaborator and open communicator who believes in building relationships regardless of title or tenure A culture builder who understands and believes in building diverse and inclusive teams Your day-to-day responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and management for elderly patients with acute and chronic medical conditions • Conduct detailed geriatric assessments (functional, cognitive, and fall-risk evaluations) • Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, including preventive and palliative care strategies • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams — nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, psychiatrists, and social workers • Counsel patients and caregivers regarding prognosis, treatment options, and advance care planning • Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and hospital quality initiatives • Maintain accurate and updated medical records as per hospital standards • Engage in teaching and mentoring junior doctors and nursing staff • Contribute to hospital-led community awareness programs on elder health You will be successful in this role : • Excellent communication and empathetic counseling skills • Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team • Commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practice • Strong clinical knowledge in managing multimorbidity, frailty, dementia, and end-of-life care Qualification: MD / DNB in Geriatric Medicine OR Diploma in Geriatric Medicine (recognized by NMC/MCI) HR Raj 8591718200 raj.trivedi@emoha.com
