German Premium Service Consultant | New Cairo

Job Overview

The Premium Service Consultant – German position provides high-quality customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

The role requires professionalism, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and requests with accuracy and confidence.

This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong German and English skills and previous customer service experience.

Location: The 5th Settlement

Salary: EGP 53,051 Monthly Gross Salary.

In This Role, You'll:

• Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels in German.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.

• Provide accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

• Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed.

• Maintain high service standards and meet contractual KPIs.

Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and strong problem-solving in every interaction.

• Follow company processes and guidelines to resolve customer issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation and account records.

• Stay up to date with product/service knowledge, policies, and procedures.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• Plus 1 year of experience in customer service.

• C1 German proficiency – A Must.

• B2 English proficiency.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work rotational shifts and willing to work from The 5th Settlement site.
• Must be flexible and available to work night and overnight shifts. This vacancy is primarily based on night/overnight schedules
