German Teacher (Somabay) - Immediate Hire

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a passionate and skilled German Teacher (Immediate Hire) at GEMS International School Soma Bay. We are looking for an educator who is not only proficient in the German language but also committed to delivering high-quality instruction that engages and motivates students.

Job Location: Soma Bay, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver dynamic and effective German language lessons for students of various ages, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards
• Cater to different learning styles and abilities by using a range of teaching methods and instructional materials
• Assess student understanding and progress through regular assignments, exams, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement
• Encourage student participation in classroom discussions and activities to enhance their speaking and listening skills in German
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, curiosity, and a love for language learning
• Engage with parents and the community to share student progress and promote the value of language learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources, strategies, and best practices for teaching languages
• Participate in professional development opportunities to grow as an educator and stay updated on current teaching methodologies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in German Language, Education, or a related field
• Experience teaching German as a second language is preferred
• Strong fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and interests of students
• Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for teaching languages
