About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Germany Consultant to guide students and professionals in achieving their academic and career goals in Germany. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of German education, work, and immigration pathways and a passion for helping clients navigate their opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on study and work opportunities in Germany.
• Advise clients on visa processes, documentation, and university applications.
• Stay up-to-date with Germany’s education policies, immigration regulations, and work permit requirements.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable universities, programs, and career pathways.
• Handle client interactions professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-ups.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, or one-on-one sessions to educate potential applicants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline application and documentation processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Germany Consultant, Education Counselor, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of German universities, programs, and work-study pathways.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Germany visa regulations and immigration policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients.
• Ability to provide solutions and guidance in a culturally sensitive and professional manner.

Preferred

• Prior experience with student recruitment agencies or international consultancy.
• Knowledge of German language (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience with online counseling tools or CRM systems.
