Admission Processing Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Abroad Admissions Officer based in Karāchi. In this role, you will engage with prospective students to guide them through the admissions process, assess their eligibility for various international educational programs, and provide expert advice on education opportunities abroad. You will handle inquiries, maintain effective communication, and ensure a high level of customer service to support clients in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct sales-driven counseling sessions with prospective students and parents

Promote international universities, courses, and study destinations

Handle follow-ups, objection handling, and closing of student applications

Guide students through admissions, documentation, and application processes

Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of cases

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in education sales, admissions, or student counseling

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure

Knowledge of study abroad processes and university pathways

Ability to build trust with students and parents

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience in immigration or overseas education is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
