GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our growing team. The selected candidates will undergo training across various departments to gain hands-on experience in operations, project execution, design, and manufacturing processes.

The goal is to develop skilled engineers who can contribute to the company’s productivity, innovation, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily engineering activities and project execution.
• Learn and apply company processes, standards, and technical practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Projects).
• Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and drawings as required.
• Support the team in achieving project deadlines and performance targets.
• Participate in on-site or factory training programs for practical exposure.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and contribute innovative ideas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Industrial Engineering (as applicable).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
