Mumbai: Mechanical 2, BE EEE-2,

Delhi: Mechanical 1, BE EEE-1,

Job responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and test machinery/equipment at customer sites.
• Provide on-site and remote service support to customers.
• Diagnose technical problems and carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety practices.
• Maintain service logs, reports, and customer feedback records.
• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure timely escalation of unresolved problems to higher-level support.
• Follow company policies, service standards, and customer satisfaction guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• 0–4 years of experience in industrial machinery/manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (domestic/international as required).
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
