About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist & GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage, optimize, and scale client CRM systems with a strong focus on GoHighLevel (GHL).

This is a senior-level, client-facing role requiring hands-on expertise in building automation workflows, funnels, pipelines, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with international clients and multi-timezone workflows is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (primarily GoHighLevel; support HubSpot/Salesforce when required)
  • Build and maintain funnels, pipelines, automation workflows, campaigns, and snapshots in GHL
  • Conduct CRM and funnel audits to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements and implement CRM strategies
  • Create and manage reusable snapshots and templates
  • Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and improve lead conversion performance
  • Integrate GHL with tools like Zapier, Google Workspace, APIs, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM & automation experience
  • Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce (plus)
  • Proven direct client-facing experience
  • Strong experience in funnel building and automation workflows
  • Experience managing multiple clients or campaigns
  • Familiarity with integrations (Zapier, Make/Integromat, APIs, Google Workspace)
  • Strong reporting and KPI monitoring skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
