GIS Draftsman

• Prepare detailed location maps, site layout plans, and topographic drawings using GIS and CAD tools.
• Develop thematic maps such as land use, drainage, soil and geology, and zoning impact maps to support project planning.
• Convert survey data and engineering inputs into accurate geospatial visualizations.
• Use ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and QGIS to create and manage spatial datasets.
• Maintain organized GIS databases for project sites, utilities, and environmental features.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with civil engineers, surveyors, and project managers to align GIS outputs with construction needs.
• Participate in site visits to verify conditions and collect geospatial data when required.
• Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and client reviews.
