Glazing Project Manager / Glass Fitout Manager / Glassworks Supervisor / Glassworks Surveyor / Glass

We are a high-end decorative architectural glass company, expanding from London to Dubai. Our projects include bespoke glasswork for luxury residential and commercial interiors.

We’re looking for a Field Project Engineer with 3–5 years’ experience in glazing , capable of managing projects from site survey, fabrication to final installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys, prepare technical solutions and sketches
• Oversee and sign off project execution on site.
• Manage production at the workshop ensuring quality control at all stages.
• Lead and supervise production and installation teams. At times will require physical participation in the installation process or direct labour management.
• Oversee material procurement, supplier coordination, and logistics.
• Work closely with the design and sales teams to provide technical input.
• Monitor budgets, optimize workflows, and resolve project challenges.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Construction (huge plus)
• Minimum 3–5 years in glazing, interior fit-out, joinery.
• Ability to complete site survey, templating for fabrication
• Ability to read drawings and prepare good quality sketches
• Experience with installations, and material knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend) is a plus.
