Global Capital Markets Sales Associate

Job Purpose:

The role of Global Capital Markets associate is to support trading and sales in delivering high quality business with internal and external clients, long term and profitable clients in a manner that is consistent with the organization objectives, values, and policies of the business, whilst remaining compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements., the core focus of the role is to lead the capital markets daily business requirements and support to drive the generation of new business and increase revenue for Capital markets business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trends, analyze data and assess market conditions to identify opportunities and solutions for our clients by support team heads in offering the best risk management products to our corporate and professional clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentation to potential clients.
• Support trading and sales teams in daily market activities.
• Monitoring daily FX flows and responsible for daily rates and weekly market updates.
• Capture daily business flows in terms of volumes and profitability while monitor the account plan performance and incremental share of wallet.
• Support and play a central role in the origination of valuable new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed personal new business targets including identifying and assisting in the creation and implementation of new business initiatives.
• Support in Identifying and win new business mainly in the local market targeting both prospect and existing clients.
• Support in Identifying cross sell opportunities collaboratively with Capital Market head across all line of businesses.

Job Specification:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Economics administration from reputable university with good GPA.
• Master’s in finance and economics / CFA and ACI dealing certificate is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 0-3 years proven track record in business-to-business services or similar financial services environment with Global Capital Markets / Treasury experience.
• Ideally an understanding of the onshore and offshore administration market and services
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Experience of working with (Client Relationship Management)
