WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you’ll lead global process harmonization efforts across Bain’s HR Operations function and its three regions. You’ll support Bain’s talent strategy by driving consistency, efficiency, and service excellence in how our core HR systems support professional development, employee engagement, and mobility. This is a varied and high-impact role that blends program management, system knowledge, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be a global thought partner and key liaison for HR teams, Program Management, and regional talent leadership.

U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service, and Bain’s best-in-class benefits package.
