Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in global HR Business Partner
  • Proficient in English level both of written and spoken
  • Experienced in multinational company operates in overseas
  • Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of management and outside international contacts
  • Ability to travel abroad (Middle East, East&West Africa etc.)
  • Analytical minded, result oriented and ability to work in a team


Main Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for overseas operations of the human resources management, including recruitment, talent development and labor law.
  • Responsible of expatriate management and HR projects as needed across Middle East, East&West Africa etc. to aid the growing organization and working closely with the line managers on resource planning & employee development.
  • Being in coordination with functions and perform all necessary tasks in accordance with related laws and company employee regulations.
  • Conducting international assignments (salary, offers, permits etc.)
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis
