Global Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

Arrange, coordinate, and oversee the global transportation of raw materials, primarily via rail and sea, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Optimize routing, scheduling, and carrier selection while managing logistics flows from Central Asian countries to international destinations through freight forwarders, shipping lines, and rail operators.

Collect, analyze, and use data from manufacturing partners and international suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient supply chains, with a strong focus on logistics performance, transit times, and cost efficiency.

Ensure a high level of operational service by managing disruptions, resolving exceptions, and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners, including carriers, customs agents, ports, and internal stakeholders.

Lead logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with internal teams and global offices to improve transportation efficiency, cost optimization, and process standardization.

Stay updated on transportation, logistics regulations, industry trends, and market developments, including international trade compliance, customs regulations, and Incoterms.

Manage operational and project documentation using internal systems and digital tools to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency,

uch as shipment documentation, freight contracts, customs records, and performance reports.
What We Expect from You

5+ years of experience in project management within logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.

Must have an extensive global network of logistics partners, suppliers, and vendors, with a strong focus across Asia—from Central Asia to Southeast and Far East Asia.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.

Collaborative team player with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with proven experience managing international stakeholders and partners.

Results-driven mindset with ambition to grow in a fast-moving global environment.

Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
