Job Responsibilities

  • Global Recruiting Strategy and Planning: Closely aligned with the Group's business strategy, and in collaboration with core management, we clarify needs and, considering industry cycles and talent market trends, develop appropriate recruitment strategies, roadmaps, and annual operational plans, balancing foresight and flexibility.
  • Strategic Talent Recruiting and Reserves: Focusing on key and scarce positions and senior management roles in oil and gas engineering and digital energy, we build a global high-end talent community and reserve pool, collaborating with top headhunters to meet the immediate needs of project-based talent globally (including emerging/complex regions).
  • Recruiting Operations and Process Optimization: We standardize end-to-end global recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a high-quality candidate experience; we evaluate and optimize recruitment technology systems (ATS, talent CRM, etc.), establish a unified indicator system and dashboards, and regularly report key data to senior management.
  • Employer Branding and Talent Marketing: We build the best employer brand in the oilfield services industry, implement multi-channel, multilingual talent marketing, and integrate diversity and inclusivity into recruitment practices through industry conferences and professional social platforms.
  • Team Leadership and Capability Building: Lead the global recruitment team (managers, headhunters, coordinators), enhancing their professional skills in strategic search and cross-cultural communication, deepening their understanding of industry business and technology, and empowering the team to become a business partner.
  • Management and Collaboration: Build trusting and collaborative relationships with group/business line leaders, HRBPs, and other internal and external stakeholders, promoting seamless integration of recruitment strategies with human resources modules such as compensation and benefits, and talent development.


Qualifications

  • Education Background: Master's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Experience Requirements: At least 10 years of relevant recruitment experience, including at least 8 years in a regional or global recruitment leadership role at a large multinational corporation;
  • Professional Skills: A proven track record in developing global recruitment strategies, executive search, and employer branding. Proficient in modern recruitment techniques, data analytics, and social media recruitment strategies. Excellent negotiation and influence skills, enabling successful recruitment for senior positions.
  • Professional Competencies: Insightful understanding of talent acquisition and development; familiar with various interview techniques and methods; knowledgeable of relevant national labor laws;
  • Professional Qualities: Strong work ethic, teamwork spirit, and a high sense of responsibility;
  • Leadership Qualities: Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and results-oriented drive. Strong cross-cultural communication and team leadership skills, capable of managing distributed virtual teams. Able to remain stable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle multiple high-priority recruitment tasks simultaneously.
  • Overall Abilities: Excellent communication, coordination, and results-oriented skills; keen insight into people.
  • Globalization: Willing to accept overseas assignments; possesses an open, international mindset and cross-cultural adaptability.
  • Language Requirements: Fluency in English is a prerequisite; Arabic speakers are preferred.

  • 全球招聘战略与规划: 紧扣集团业务战略,联动核心管理层明确需求,结合行业周期性与人才市场趋势,制定适配的招聘战略、路线图及年度运营计划,兼顾前瞻性与灵活性。
  • 战略人才招聘与储备: 聚焦油气工程、数字化能源等关键稀缺职位及高管岗位,搭建全球高端人才社群与储备库,联动顶级猎头,满足全球(含新兴 / 复杂地区)项目型人才即时需求。
  • 招聘运营与流程优化: 标准化端到端全球招聘流程,保障高效合规与优质候选人体验;评估优化招聘技术体系(ATS、人才 CRM 等),建立统一指标体系与仪表盘,定期向高层汇报关键数据。
  • 雇主品牌与人才营销: 打造油田服务行业最佳雇主品牌,推行多渠道、多语言人才营销,依托行业会议、专业社交平台等场景,将多元化与包容性融入招聘实践。
  • 团队领导与能力建设: 引领全球招聘团队(经理、猎头、协调员),提升战略搜索、跨文化沟通等专业技能,深化行业业务与技术认知,赋能团队成为业务合作伙伴。
  • 管理与协作: 搭建与集团 / 业务线领导、HRBP 等内外部利益相关者的信任协作关系,推动招聘策略与薪酬福利、人才发展等人力资源模块无缝衔接。


任职要求

  • 教育背景: 人力资源、工商管理或相关领域的硕士及以上学位;
  • 经验要求: 至少10年相关招聘经验,其中8年以上在大型跨国公司担任区域或全球招聘领导职务;
  • 专业技能: 在构建全球招聘策略、高管搜寻和雇主品牌建设方面拥有卓越的业绩记录。精通现代招聘技术、数据分析和社交媒体招聘策略。具备出色的谈判和影响力技巧,能够成功完成高级职位招聘。
  • 专业能力: 对人才引进与开发有独到见解,熟悉各类面试技巧与方法,了解国家相关劳动法规;
  • 职业素养: 具备良好的职业道德、团队合作精神及高度的责任感;
  • 领导力素质: 卓越的战略思维、商业敏锐度和以结果为导向的驱动力。拥有强大的跨文化沟通和团队领导能力,能够管理分布式虚拟团队。能够在快节奏、高压力的环境中保持稳定,并能够同时处理多个高优先级的招聘任务。
  • 综合能力: 优秀的沟通协调与结果交付能力,具备敏锐的识人洞察力;
  • 全球化: 能接受海外派驻,具备开放的国际化思维与跨文化适应力。
  • 语言要求 :英语流利是必备条件;懂阿拉伯语者优先考虑。
