Key Responsibility:

Global Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Develop a global recruitment strategy, roadmap, and annual operating plan that is closely aligned with the group's business strategy. Work with the group's CHRO, business presidents, and regional HRVPs to gain a deep understanding of business needs, predict future talent trends, and develop corresponding talent acquisition strategies. Analyze global talent market trends and develop flexible and forward-looking talent reserve strategies based on the cyclical characteristics of the oilfield services industry.

Strategic Talent Acquisition and Pipeline Building: Lead strategic recruitment for key, scarce positions (such as oil and gas engineering, drilling experts, project management, digital energy solutions experts, etc.). Build and maintain a strong and active global high-end talent community and pipeline to ensure that key positions can be filled quickly. Lead the search for executives and key leadership positions, and manage partnerships with top headhunters. Pay special attention to the recruitment of project-driven talent to meet the immediate manpower needs of projects around the world, especially in emerging markets and difficult regions.

Recruitment Operations Excellence and Process Optimization: Design, standardize, and optimize the end-to-end global recruitment process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent candidate experience. Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of the global recruitment technology stack (including applicant tracking system, talent CRM, video interview tools, etc.), and use data and technology to improve recruitment efficiency. Establish a unified global recruitment indicator system and dashboard, and regularly report key data such as recruitment effectiveness, channel quality, and recruitment costs to senior management.

Employer Brand and Talent Marketing: Lead, enhance, and promote the Group's employer brand globally, positioning it as the best place to work in the oilfield services industry. Develop and implement a multi-channel, multi-language talent marketing strategy, making full use of industry conferences, professional social platforms (such as LinkedIn), industry media, and the company's career portal. Ensure that the Group's commitment to diversity and inclusion is fully reflected in its recruitment practices.

Team Leadership and Capacity Building: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance global recruitment team, including recruitment managers, searchers, and coordinators. Enhance the team's expertise in strategic search, behavioral interviewing, salary negotiation, and cross-cultural communication. Cultivate the team's deep understanding of the oilfield services industry's business and technology, enabling them to become true business partners.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: As the top expert in recruitment, establish strong trust and collaborative relationships with group and business line leaders and HR business partners. Effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, HRBPs, HRSSC (Shared Service Center), and recruitment agencies. Ensure seamless integration of recruitment strategies with other HR modules (e.g., compensation and benefits, talent development, and global mobility).
Key Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Work Experience: At least 10 years of relevant recruitment experience, including more than 8 years in regional or global recruitment leadership positions in large multinational companies.

Industry Experience: Must have extensive recruitment experience in capital-intensive, project-driven industries such as oil and gas services, energy, or heavy industry, and have a wide network of industry contacts.

Professional Skills: Proven track record in building global recruitment strategies, executive search, and employer branding. Proficient in modern recruitment technology, data analysis, and social media recruitment strategies. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to successfully close senior positions.

Leadership Qualities: Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen, and results-oriented drive. Strong cross-cultural communication and team leadership skills, able to manage distributed virtual teams. Stay stable in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, and be able to handle multiple high-priority recruitment tasks simultaneously.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is preferred.

Others: Able to adapt to working in different time zones around the world and willing to travel frequently internationally to stay close to business and talent markets.
