Role Overview
Pay10 is looking for an accomplished and strategic
Global Sales Director
with a deep understanding of fintech and a successful track record in driving enterprise sales across international markets. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships globally, with the ability to scale and lead a high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead global enterprise sales efforts, including strategy, prospecting, client engagement, and long-term account development.

Identify and close high-value merchant and partner opportunities across regions including the UK, Europe, MENA, Asia, and North America.

Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification through to deal negotiation, closure, onboarding, and account expansion.

Develop and manage a pipeline of global prospects across key verticals: retail, travel, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, and enterprise services.

Collaborate closely with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure market-fit solutions and seamless delivery.

Monitor international market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.

Represent the company at global conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and develop business opportunities.

Build and mentor a geographically distributed sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in fintech, payments, or financial services across global markets.

Proven track record of winning and managing large-scale enterprise accounts internationally.

Deep knowledge of fintech solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, embedded finance, cross-border payments, and merchant services.

Strong network within global fintech, banking, or enterprise sectors.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Results-driven, highly organized, and adaptable to working across different time zones and cultures.

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively as required.
