Global Sales Director

Role Overview

Pay10 is looking for an accomplished and strategic Global Sales Director with a deep understanding of fintech and a successful track record in driving enterprise sales across international markets. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships globally, with the ability to scale and lead a high-performing sales organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global enterprise sales efforts, including strategy, prospecting, client engagement, and long-term account development.
  • Identify and close high-value merchant and partner opportunities across regions including the UK, Europe, MENA, Asia, and North America.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification through to deal negotiation, closure, onboarding, and account expansion.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of global prospects across key verticals: retail, travel, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, and enterprise services.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure market-fit solutions and seamless delivery.
  • Monitor international market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at global conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and develop business opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a geographically distributed sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on pipeline progress, revenue forecasts, and strategic sales initiatives.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in fintech, payments, or financial services across global markets.
  • Proven track record of winning and managing large-scale enterprise accounts internationally.
  • Deep knowledge of fintech solutions such as payment gateways, POS systems, embedded finance, cross-border payments, and merchant services.
  • Strong network within global fintech, banking, or enterprise sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and adaptable to working across different time zones and cultures.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
