About IABI:

The International Aircraft Broker Institute (IABI) provides top-tier education and coaching for aspiring aircraft brokers. Our online courses and mentorship programs are designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in private jet sales and aircraft brokerage. As we expand, we are seeking a Sales Manager who specializes in selling online courses and coaching programs, with expertise in the Kajabi platform, sales funnels, and email marketing.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated, commission-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and optimizing our sales process to maximize revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and has experience selling online education programs.

Since this is a commission-based role, your earning potential is uncapped—the more you sell, the more you earn.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Conversion: Drive course and coaching program enrollments by engaging and converting leads.
  • Kajabi Platform Management: Create and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and email sequences to nurture leads and boost conversions.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Develop and manage email sequences for follow-ups, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract potential students, including paid ads, organic marketing, and partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with leads, answer inquiries, and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Continuously refine sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as lead-to-sale conversion rates, revenue per lead, and ROI on marketing efforts.
  • Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell additional courses, coaching, or mentorship programs to existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling online courses, coaching, or digital programs.
  • Kajabi Expertise: Strong knowledge of Kajabi’s sales funnel, landing page, and email marketing tools.
  • Results-Driven: Thrives in a commission-based role with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Funnel & CRM Skills: Experience with CRM tools and sales funnel optimization.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong ability to engage and persuade potential clients through email, calls, and webinars.
  • Self-Motivated & Proactive: Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the Aircraft Broker Industry (Preferred): Familiarity with private aviation or high-ticket sales is a plus.

Compensation:

  • 100% Commission-Based – High earning potential with uncapped commissions.
