Global SC Transformation PMO Lead

The Position The Role

The position is based in Dubai, UAE, will report directly to Global Head of Supply Chain.

Main responsibilities include:

• Drive and support the integration projects across Acino from Global supply chain.
• Drive standard process and governance across global supply chain functions once needed.
• Drive the strategic initiative from GSC across regions, site and countries.
• Focus on driving process optimization across the network within the GSC scope.
• Lead the PMO for all GSC transformation strategic projects.
• Coordination of Multi-functional Project teams in a Multi-Cultural environment.
• Control and Report multiple Projects across the global supply chain.
• Support the GSC Head in managing the performance of projects across the GSC function.
• Be active members of Preparing Business Cases for new Projects or BD projects.
• Lead Acino value creation projects with coordination and alignment cross functionally.

Who You Are

• Several years of project management and strategic supply chain projects.
• Solid experience in leading cross-function without authority.
• Strong leadership and effective business partnering capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of the E2E supply chain management.
• Able to manage ambiguity in making decisions or recommendations based on potentially incomplete information.
• Capable of working across all functions and levels of an organization.
• Good business acumen to support the business in taking the right decisions.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
