Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves monitoring service requests, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with coordination of technical procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the Global Terminations email inbox, ensuring timely review and appropriate action on all requests.

Accurately record and maintain service requests in an Excel-based tracking system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date status reporting.

Assist in the Cross Connect Disconnect process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure proper execution and documentation.

Support operational workflows by performing ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests and issues.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain proper documentation for audit and tracking purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic reporting).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of operational or service request workflows is a plus.
