Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients with visa requirements - Assist clients in visa regulations for various countries.
  • Communicate professionally - Engage with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Collect and process documents - Handle client documentation accurately.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets - Promoting visa-related services to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge - Staying current on visa requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships - Fostering loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Accurately record sales and client data - Logging interactions and service details for tracking.
  • Assist in preparing visa documents - Helping with timely and correct submission of paperwork.
  • Verify document authenticity - Check client-submitted documents with visa standards.
  • Manage appointment scheduling - Coordinate embassy appointments, interviews.
  • Quotations and service proposals - Provide clients with accurate pricing and visa package details.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic & English - Spoken and written proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of Visa Procedures - Experience with Schengen, UK, USA, and other visa categories.
  • Communication & CRM Skills - Familiarity with client management tools is a plus.
  • Visa Sales Experience - Previous experience in selling visa services is an advantage.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset - High attention to detail and service quality.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills - Excellent verbal, written, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales-Oriented Attitude - Goal-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to manage time effectively - Prioritize tasks and handle multiple client cases efficiently.
  • Willingness to Learn - Open to new visa updates, policies, and tools.
