Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating clean, healthy treats that cater to various dietary preferences, including gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, and keto options. This role requires a passion for baking, creativity, and a commitment to using high-quality, wholesome ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a diverse menu of healthy pastries and desserts that meet dietary requirements.

- Use alternative ingredients to create tasty, nutritious options such as gluten-free flours, natural sweeteners, and plant-based substitutes.

- Be abke to work independently

-Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to stay current with industry trends in healthy baking.

- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and sourcing ingredients.

- Provide exceptional customer service and education about product ingredients and dietary benefits.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, preferably in a health-conscious environment.

- Knowledge of various dietary restrictions and how to effectively cater to them.

- Strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredient properties.

- Creative mindset with a passion for healthy eating and innovative pastry art.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
