GMP Quality Compliance Technician — Food Manufacturing

Compensation: $17–$18/hour • Type: Full-Time • Pay Cycle: Weekly

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd — immediate openings

Role overview

Support a high-volume food manufacturing operation by verifying product quality, packaging integrity, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. You will be on the line, executing checks, escalating defects, and helping keep the floor audit-ready and safe.

Primary functions

• Inspect ingredients, in-process goods, finished products, and packaging
• Perform documented quality checks and basic tests
• Record and report nonconformances/defects
• Adhere to GMPs, safety rules, and site procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas

Qualifications

• Experience in production or quality inspection preferred
• Able to stand for 8+ hours per shift
• Proficient with basic to intermediate math
• Dependable, self-driven, and collaborative
