• Collaborate with senior management as part of the go-to market team while assisting in sales and project delivery.
• Deliver digital technologies in Chemical production units, capex project management, business process optimization, operational excellence, maintenance, reliability and industrial automation.

• A Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree, preferably with specialization in Mining/ Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Industrial / Electrical, and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B-school
• 5-15 years of consulting experience in mining/metals industry
• Lead consulting engagements in the metals & mining sector, driving digital transformation, operations excellence, and process optimization.
• Conduct as-is assessments, maturity mapping, and opportunity identification across mining, processing, smelting, refining, and supply chain operations.
• Develop digital strategy, business cases, and transformation roadmaps leveraging IIoT, AI/ML, Digital Twins, and automation solutions.
• Drive improvements in maintenance, productivity, yield, safety, and cost efficiency through process and digital levers.
• Partner with client leadership (C-suite / plant heads) to align business priorities, KPIs, and ROI-focused initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to business development – proposals, client pitches, thought leadership, and asset development.
• Apply process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) to enhance client operations and sustain benefits.
• Manage teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high-quality project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Build practice capability by developing frameworks, POVs, and keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
