Responsibilities:

• Escort patients safely and efficiently to and from various locations within the facility, including therapy sessions, appointments, and activities
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during transportation
• Ensure patients' needs are met by communicating with healthcare providers and staff
• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and medication administration
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience preferred
