GNM Nurse

• Education & Counseling: Educate patients and their families about eye conditions, treatments, and post-surgical care instructions.
• Pre- and Post-Operative Care: Provide specialized care for patients before and after eye surgery, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Surgical Assistance: Assist ophthalmologists during various eye surgeries, such as phacoemulsification and retinal procedures.
• Medication Administration: Safely administer topical eye medications and other prescribed treatments according to hospital protocols.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical and patient records, documenting surgical procedures, treatments, and patient details.
