Job description:

1. Patient Care

• Provide direct nursing care to patients as per clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SPO2) and report abnormalities immediately.
• Administer medications timely and accurately as prescribed.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

2. Clinical Support

• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain sterile dressings, instruments, and equipment.
• Perform nursing procedures such as IV cannulation, injections, wound care, catheterization, etc.
• Collect samples (blood, urine, swab) and ensure proper lab dispatch.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate nursing notes, intake-output charts, and medical records.
• Update patient files and ensure proper handover between shifts.
• Report any changes in patient condition to the physician promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
