We’re hiring an entry-level GTM Coordinator to produce and coordinate marketing that fuels pipeline. You’ll design graphics, edit short videos, write copy, manage contractors, and support light sales activities (email creation, campaign reviews, simple reporting). You’ll collaborate with a tight core team (~5 people) across sales, solutions, and leadership—turning ideas into clear, on-brand assets for LinkedIn, our website, whitepapers, events, and partner campaigns.

What you’ll do

  • Content creation: Design LinkedIn/social graphics, one-pagers, decks, whitepapers, and web visuals.
  • Copywriting: Write posts, captions, landing pages, email sequences, and light long-form content.
  • Video editing: Create short clips, demos, testimonials, and event recaps; add captions/overlays.
  • Contractor management: Brief, schedule, review, and ensure on-time delivery from freelancers (web/dev/design/writing).
  • Web coordination: Work with our web partner on updates; make light CMS edits when needed.
  • Sales support: Draft/edit outbound emails, create simple sales collateral, and prepare follow-ups.
  • Campaign operations: Maintain the content calendar and asset library; use UTMs; review basic metrics and recommend next steps.

Success looks like

  • A steady cadence of delivered, on-brand assets
  • Clear campaign recaps (what was produced, basic performance, next actions)
  • On-time vendor deliverables and smooth collaboration

Employment Type

Full-time (salaried). Target start: February–March 2026.

Qualifications / Skills

Must-haves

  • Tool fluency: Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator/InDesign helpful) and a video editor (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or Final Cut).
  • Proof of work: We value completed projects over years of experience—portfolio/links required.
  • Writing skills: Clear, concise copy for social, web, and email.
  • Execution mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, meets deadlines, communicates status early/often.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly in a startup-like environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Portfolio spanning design + video + copy in one place (site, Notion, Behance).
  • Figma/Canva, basic CMS (WordPress/Webflow), simple motion graphics, and UTM hygiene.
  • Light analytics familiarity (reading platform metrics, click/engagement trends).
  • College degree is a plus; real-world project experience matters most (apps launched, startups, events, personal brands, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
