About the Role
The Go-To-Market (GTM) Development Engineer will be a key hire in standing up a new function within our organization. This role combines front-end development, analytics, and marketing technology integration to support rapid go-to-market execution. You will work across marketing, sales, and technology to design, test, and optimize customer-facing digital experiences that drive measurable business results.
This is a highly hands-on, entrepreneurial role - perfect for someone with experience in smaller, fast-paced eCommerce/CPG environments who thrives on building and iterating quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Rapid Prototyping & MVP Development: Support quick iteration of landing pages, microsites, and customer-facing digital assets.
Front-End Development: Build and maintain scalable, performant, and SEO-optimized user experiences.
MarTech & CRM Integrations: Connect marketing systems, business applications, and APIs to improve data flow and customer engagement.
Analytics & Data Enablement: Implement and manage tools (Google Analytics, Ruby, or similar) to capture actionable insights; enable marketing and sales teams to leverage data for decision-making.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Lead testing initiatives to improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and user experience.
Performance & SEO Optimization: Ensure digital experiences are optimized for speed, search visibility, and usability.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Partner cross-functionally to align technical execution with GTM campaigns and initiatives.
Thought Leadership: Provide input on data-driven marketing practices, analytics strategies, and personalization enablement.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in eCommerce and CPG industries (experience in ~$300–400M revenue companies strongly preferred).
Proven experience in front-end development and integrating with marketing tools and business applications.
Strong background in analytics, SEO, and performance optimization .
Hands-on expertise with A/B testing, CRO tools, and digital analytics platforms .
Familiarity with
Builder.io (CMS) and integrations with related applications (highly preferred).
Ability to thrive in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment where versatility and initiative are critical.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with rapid prototyping tools and MVP development.
Knowledge of personalization platforms and advanced data enablement strategies.
Track record of thought leadership in analytics and marketing technology.
