We are seeking a Go High Level (GHL) expert who can design, build, and manage all aspects of a GHL Agency Account—including AI, voice automation, chatbots, sub-account management, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Designing and building advanced automation workflows inside Go High Level (GHL)

· Creating and optimizing Voice AI Agents using GHL, Synthflow, or similar platforms

· Developing AI chatbots and conversational workflows to engage leads and improve client communication

· Setting up lead funnels, nurturing sequences, and appointment booking pipelines

· Managing agency-level accounts within GHL, including setup of sub-accounts, rebilling, and reporting

· Configuring and monitoring Twilio integrations, including: Brand registration, A2P & 10DLC compliance, Sub-account setup and management

· Handling phone systems, SMS, and call flows within GHL and Twilio

· Integrating third-party apps using webhooks, APIs, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make

· Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing system performance

· Producing clear documentation and SOPs for the systems you build

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with Go High Level (GHL) – deep understanding of workflows, triggers, pipelines, calendars, forms, and automation
• Building and deploying Voice AI Agents (Synthflow or similar tools)
• Creating and managing AI chatbots for customer interaction
• Twilio setup & compliance: brand registration, A2P 10DLC requirements, and sub-account management
• Automation strategy and CRM best practices
• API integrations, webhook configurations, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an eye for automation opportunities
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on deadlines

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Highly Valued)

• Full Stack Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Python)
• Web Design (Figma, WordPress, or similar platforms)
• Graphic Design (Adobe Suite or Canva)
• Experience working directly with clients in a coaching or consulting capacity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1,731,600.00 - Rs2,886,000.00 per year
