GoHighLevel & Automation Expert

Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Automation and Integration Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, and Zapier, and will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling intelligent automation systems that power sales, marketing, and customer experience for global clients.

Core Responsibilities

System Architecture & Setup
Build and configure new GoHighLevel accounts, including funnels, CRM setups, automations, pipelines, calendars, and white-labeled sub-accounts.

Advanced Integrations
Develop custom workflows across tools using n8n, Make, or Zapier. Connect APIs, manage webhooks, and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Optimization & Maintenance
Audit existing workflows, refine logic, minimize errors, and document key processes for scalability and reliability.

AI Implementation
Leverage AI tools such as Voice AI, Content AI, and Workflow AI to enhance automation performance and responsiveness.

Testing & Documentation
Conduct comprehensive QA on automation systems, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure consistent long-term reliability.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to translate business goals into effective automated solutions.

Innovation & Development
Research emerging automation technologies, experiment with beta features, and implement strategic improvements.

Client Management Support
Assist with onboarding clients, cloning snapshots, and maintaining branded white-label environments within GoHighLevel.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel (Agency Pro level preferred).
• Mastery of Workflows, Triggers, Pipelines, Calendars, and CRM Automations.
• Solid experience with n8n, Make, and Zapier integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and webhook logic.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for custom configurations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in remote environments.

Additional Advantages

• Experience building SaaS or white-label automation systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Bardeen, AgentGPT, or AppyPie.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets API, WhatsApp API, Stripe, Mailgun, and Twilio integrations.
• Background in digital marketing, CRM strategy, or lead management.
• Experience creating dashboards and reporting systems within GoHighLevel.
