About the Role:

We are hiring a high level CRM & Automation Developer who can build fast, stable, scalable systems across Zoho and other automation platforms. If you love solving problems, optimizing business workflows, and delivering clean automation that just works this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Build advanced workflows, custom functions, Client Scripts, and Widgets in Zoho CRM

Create robust API based integrations (REST, OAuth2, JSON, webhooks).

Develop custom UI components (HTML/JS) and dynamic subform logic.

Work across multiple tools (Zoho, Monday, Airtable).

Translate business requirements into powerful automated solutions.

Troubleshoot errors, implement logging, and maintain stability.

What We’re Looking For:

3 to 5+ years in CRM & automation development

2+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience (mandatory)

Strong skills in Deluge, API integrations, JavaScript, and COQL

Experience integrating third-party apps like Google Sheets, payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, etc.

Strong English communication and analytical mindset

Bonus: Python knowledge

Skill Tests:

Test 1: Deluge function + external API integration

Test 2: Advanced Zoho Client Script with dynamic front end logic

Work Timing:

Month 1: Sunday–Thursday

After Month 1: Can shift to Monday–Friday

Start Time: 10:00 AM Bangkok Time

Initial: 5 hours/day (leading to full-time)
