HIRING: GoHighLevel Client Setup & Automation Specialist*

*Remote | Pakistan Only*

We are looking for a *strong GoHighLevel operator based in Pakistan* who can handle *client setups, automations, integrations, onboarding support, and client communication* with confidence.

*This is NOT a beginner role.*

If you only know *basic funnels* or *simple workflows, this will likely **not* be the right fit.

This role is for someone who can *take ownership* of client accounts, *communicate well in English*, get on calls professionally, and make sure everything is set up properly from start to finish.

*7:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT*

*Monday to Friday*

*Compensation*

*Base Salary: PKR 160,000/month*

*Performance bonuses on top*

*Total monthly compensation can go up to PKR 180,000*

*Compensation review again after 3 months* for further growth based on performance

*What You’ll Be Doing*

* Setting up client accounts inside GoHighLevel

* Building funnels, forms, calendars, pipelines, tags, custom fields, and workflows

* Creating and managing automations for lead follow-up, reminders, no-show recovery, and internal alerts

* Handling integrations and webhook-based connections

* Connecting GoHighLevel with outside landing pages built on tools like Claude or V0

* Making sure leads flow correctly into the CRM and trigger the right next steps

* *Setting up A2P registration and getting phone numbers approved for messaging*

* *Configuring email sending domains (dedicated domain/subdomain setup)*

* *Setting up DNS records properly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure emails land in inbox instead of spam*

* *Handling backend domain setup for each client account inside GoHighLevel*

* Joining onboarding and support calls with clients

* Troubleshooting setup issues and making sure systems work smoothly

*What We Need From You*

* *Strong working experience with GoHighLevel*

* *Strong English communication*

* *Confidence speaking with clients on calls*

* Good understanding of workflows, triggers, tags, custom fields, calendars, and automations

* Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently

* Ability to work with urgency and keep setups moving properly

* Experience with webhooks and outside integrations is a *major advantage*

*Work Environment Requirements*

Because this is a *client-facing role*, we need someone who is already properly set up to work from home.

You must have:

* *Your own private internet connection at home*

Shared household internet that becomes unstable during work hours will *not* be suitable

* *Your own home office or dedicated workspace*

You should be able to work from a quiet and professional environment

* *A decent webcam and proper meeting setup*

You will be expected to show up professionally on client calls

* *Full electricity backup at all times*

This is *extremely important. Your internet, lights, and work setup must remain functional during load shedding or power issues so that **no meeting is missed*
