GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer

About the Role

Webbuggs is looking for an experienced GHL Developer who can build, customize, and optimize GoHighLevel systems, automation workflows, funnels, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with automation platforms and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM systems
• Build advanced automation workflows, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns
• Create funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and email/SMS automation
• Integrate third-party tools using APIs and webhooks
• Set up and manage automation through Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), Twilio, and similar tools
• Troubleshoot workflow errors and optimize existing automations
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams
• Ensure smooth execution of client automation and CRM requirements
• Maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and system updates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of automation workflows, CRM setups, funnels, and triggers
• Practical experience with tools such as:
• n8n
• Zapier
• Make (Integromat)
• Twilio (SMS/Voice/WhatsApp APIs)
• Knowledge of API integrations and webhook configurations
• Good English communication skills (reading, writing, client coordination)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently during the night shift
