About the Role

Fortabyte Cyber Solutions (FCS) is seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team.
This is a full-time, long-term position for an experienced professional who can build and optimize funnels, landing pages, automations, email/SMS campaigns, and reports that drive real business growth.

You’ll be working closely with our U.S.-based marketing team, helping execute data-driven campaigns for IT, cybersecurity, and eDiscovery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel (forms, calendars, thank-you pages, upsells/downsells).
• Create and manage automations and workflows using triggers, tags, segmentation, and pipeline stages.
• Launch, test, and monitor email and SMS campaigns, ensuring deliverability and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing on pages, subject lines, and offers to improve conversions.
• Set up and maintain integrations with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Twilio, Stripe, Google Sheets, and Facebook Lead Ads.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene, tagging, pipeline accuracy, and reporting dashboards.
• Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS) and present actionable insights weekly.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to brainstorm new campaign ideas and improve ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Proven record of building funnels, workflows, and campaigns that produced measurable results.
• Familiar with HTML/CSS for basic page tweaks, UTM tagging, and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
• Nice to have: Experience with Zapier, Make, Stripe, Twilio, Canva, or Figma.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
